We require you book an Initial Consultation appointment and a separate Report of Findings appointment, please make sure it is the same practitioner for both. Included is an initial consultation, posture scan and report of findings.

Our expert Chiropractor will ask questions, listen, and learn, finding out what has happened whether past or current to bring you to us.
They will then conduct neurology and functional tests to ascertain how your body is operating. This will be followed by an examination of your spine and then a posture scan. From that position the practitioner will be able to report back to you, their findings.

This appointment is for those who have not visited us at The Health and Vitality Centre before and have an agreed discount on our usual fee's of £110 for the initial consultation, posture scan and report of findings. This is now just £45.00.

Your practitioner will share their findings of what has happened and why. They will then share what can be done to help you and what that help looks like.

This appointment is for those who have not visited us at The Health and Vitality Centre for over 9 months. The practioner will reconnect and find out if there have been any significant changes since your last appointment.

This appointment is for those who have not visited us at The Health and Vitality Centre before. Children or Adult.

We require you book a FREE Spine & Posture Health Check appointment.
Included is 10-15 minutes chiropractor time where the practitioner will answer questions and assess to see what the complaint is whether chiropractic can help and what your best options are.

* This does not include treatment as we don't know if you require one yet.

** If your case is complicated and the practitioner requires more time, you will be offered the opportunity to come back for a full thorough assessment and report of findings including posture scan and analysis for a heavily reduced cost. You do not have to take this option but its there to help you get the help and care you need.

*The Health and Vitality Centre have a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment you have booked.

48 hours prior to your appointment time for Massage appointments

24 hours prior to your appointment time for Chiropractic appointments.

We are a very busy Health Care Centre and as such will do everything in our power to fill the late cancelled appointment. If we do manage to fill your cancelled appointment your cancellation fee will be recredited to your account.

**Certain appointments will require pre payment to secure the appointment. The online booking page will inform you if it is required.

***Continued reschedules and cancellations away from recommended schedules of care could result in suspension of online booking availability.
